RisksVisionML is a quantitative indicator technology platform that publishes systematic cryptocurrency indicators produced by machine-learning models and rule-based risk frameworks. We analyze market data, generate probabilistic indicators, and present performance telemetry through dashboards, public track records, and delivery channels (such as web push notifications, Telegram, or Discord). We are not a fund, we do not custody capital, and we do not manage client accounts.

Subscription tiers unlock additional assets, analytics, simulators, and delivery channels; the underlying methodology remains systematic and can be verified on our public track record.

RisksVisionML provides systematic crypto indicators generated by machine-learning models and quantitative rules. We are not a fund, broker, or asset manager and do not custody or manage your capital. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation to trade. Past performance and back-tested or live telemetry statistics do not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating indicators and for all trading decisions, including any third-party copy-trading venue you choose to use.

RisksVisionML is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, or fund manager. We do not manage client funds, execute orders on your exchange from this platform, or personalize recommendations to your financial situation. Any examples, statistics, non-loss rates, R-multiples, or equity curves are illustrative records of model outputs, not promises of future performance.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Do not rely on our indicators as the sole basis for any investment or trading action.

RisksVisionML may publish an optional access path to follow the same systematic strategy via copy trading on Bitget or other third-party venues. That path is described on our copy trading page. When you use Bitget, you trade under Bitget's terms, risks, and controls — not under a capital-management relationship with RisksVisionML.

Referral links or promotional codes we publish are optional. We do not execute trades on your behalf from this web platform, do not custody exchange balances, and do not guarantee copy-trading performance. Any losses on a third-party venue are solely your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

Paid plans (Basic, Premium, and future tiers) are billed according to the prices shown at checkout. The primary payment method is on-chain cryptocurrency(for example USDC, USDT, or native ETH on supported networks such as Arbitrum), processed through smart contracts and transaction verification. COP card checkout via Wompi may be available or paused depending on product configuration; when enabled, you also accept the payment processor's terms where applicable.

• Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless canceled
• Access to tier-gated features requires an active subscription at that tier
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods
• Crypto payments are considered received when the network confirms the transaction and our systems verify it

Refunds. Because RisksVisionML delivers digital content and service access that begin immediately upon activation, confirmed payments (on-chain or, when applicable, Wompi) are generally non-refundable once subscription access is enabled, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@risksvision.xyz with your payment reference or transaction hash. Disputes about network, wallet, or third-party exchange failures are outside our control.

Colombia — right of withdrawal (retracto). Under Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Statute), you expressly acknowledge and agree that access to RisksVisionML paid services (Basic and Premium) constitutes the delivery of digital content and the provision of a service that begins execution immediately upon activation. Once your subscription access to indicators, dashboards, and related features is enabled, the right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) will not apply, because the service will have begun to be performed with your prior consent. This exception applies to the extent permitted by Colombian law for digital content and immediately executed services.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or scrape indicators or dashboards without written permission
• Reverse engineer models, circumvent tier gates, or probe systems for vulnerabilities
• Use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or harassment
• Misrepresent RisksVisionML outputs as guaranteed profits, regulated investment advice, or fund management
• Share account access in ways that violate your plan limits

RisksVisionML, its logos, software, models, indicator logic, charts, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or authorized commercial use according to your subscription. No other rights are granted.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Leverage, liquidity gaps, exchange outages, and model error can cause significant losses. Our medium risk profile, breakeven rules, and drawdown targets describe how indicators are structured — they do not eliminate risk.

Simulators and historical or live statistics assume past or observed conditions. Future results will differ. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

RisksVisionML does not guarantee that indicators or notifications will be delivered instantly or without interruption. Latency, network congestion, internet outages, or third-party service failures (including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, Bitget, or web browser push services) may delay or prevent delivery. You acknowledge that acting on a delayed indicator carries significant financial risk and is your sole responsibility.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF INDICATORS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISKSVISIONML AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF INDICATORS, THIRD-PARTY COPY TRADING, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RisksVisionML from claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading activities (including any activity on third-party copy-trading venues), your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time; we may terminate access for breach or operational reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect after termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
